In his efforts Fletch poses as a bum, where he is asked by Alan Stanwyk to kill him for $50,000. Fletch thinks Alan Stanwyk is cancer ridden and wants to die so his wife will recieve insurance money. Fletch finds out that Alan Stanwyk is in good health and the plot continues to thicken.

Fletch is a Roll on Floor laugh marathon. Chevy Chase is brilliant and absolutely hilarious throughout this 98 minute film.
